deadline looming

Just wanted to post a quick reminder that the July 1st deadline is just two days away! If you still owe a balance, send it in speedy quick so you can get that early bird discount. Otherwise, the price goes up by $20 per person. I'll accept anything that's postmarked by July 1st as in by the deadline. Let me know if you have questions!

good news and bad news

The good news is that the trip is on, everything is arranged and everyone is super excited to go! The bad news is there is way more interest than I have room for. I just want to emphasize again something from the first post and from the Tour Contract:

Even though your name may be on the list, your spot is not officially secured until I have received your signed Tour Contract and deposit or payment in full. All spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Because that is the only fair way for me to do it, some of you who think you are going may miss out because someone else has sent in money before you. The only way I can guarantee your spot is for you to send in your stuff. I will send you a confirmation email to let you know I've received your payment and that you are official. So don't wait--I don't want to give you the bad news that you're not going!
